Description: Plongê are a recruitment consultancy specializing in strategic roles, with a keen eye on the challenges facing society and the planet. They serve people who solve business challenges and are committed to facing the challenges of the world. With Over 500 projects across 150+ clients, their approach is generalist. With Matraquinha, autistic people can communicate their desires, emotions and needs in a simple and efficient way, providing a better quality of life and integration. The app is an easy-to-use solution packed with powerful features. Theirs is a constantly growing community with +500,000 downloads, 6 available languages, in more than 70 countries. CEO Wagner Yamuto prides himself in Matraquinha as a tool for inclusion and accessibility, helping thousands of families and educators.

Ray Pay

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro

Ray Pay is a payment app that transforms card machine transactions into a fast and accessible experience, serving the 285 million people around the world suffer from blindness, moderate or severe vision loss. Founder Nilo Sheeny developed Ray Pay to make everyday life easier and more reliable for visually impaired people. It ensures greater autonomy, speed and security for these users who cannot access payment information on the machine display due to the current system’s lack of accessibility. In addition, Ray Pay reduces the risk of fraud, as it eliminates the need to take your card out of your pocket to pay.

Realixo

Location: São Paulo, São Paulo

Realixo accelerates the transition to a zero-waste world, through a circular, ethical, and sustainable economy. Founder Andrea M. Lehner has created a marketplace where you can only find products whose packaging is reusable, compostable, or recycled, resulting in a positive socio-environmental impact. They successfully have +30 tons of recycled waste, +165 tons of composted waste, +450 individual customers, +35 legal Entity clients, and +150 events carrying out waste management.

Pernas Pra Que Te Quero – My Ploy

Location: Curitiba, Paraná

Since 2019, Ploy has been producing wheelchair devices to provide stability and safety to users when moving around urban areas and playing sports. It all started in 2015, promoting street races in which people in wheelchairs were led by runners. When founder Rebeca Paciornik Kuperstein realized the chairs were made unsafe and unstable by unpaved streets, Kuperstein decided to develop a solution to the problem. “What is easier, putting the device in wheelchairs or fixing all the sidewalks in Brazil?”

Prorede 3

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro

Prorede3 is a medication donation platform founded by Marcio Lerner and Mayara Borges. They connect laboratories and distributors to charitable institutions and government health units, enabling donations of valid surpluses that would otherwise be incinerated. They replace negative environmental impact with positive social impact, aligned with UN SDGSs 3 and 13. Prorede3 has benefited 50,000 + People, donated 200,000 items, avoided 11 tons of co2 emissions, covered 12 states, and donated R$ 1,200,000 in value.
